Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Consumer Withdrawal Right

Under Law No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract without reason, unless a travel-specific exception applies. We inform you of any exception before booking.

2. Cancellation by the Consumer

Cancel by emailing contact@myrgoq.com or calling +380 968 316 4422. Effective upon receipt.

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days: no refund, unless required by law.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

If we cancel, choose a full refund or a replacement trip of equivalent value. We comply with the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.

4. Refund Process and Fees

Refunds use the same payment method. Provider fees are non-refundable. We may deduct reasonable costs as permitted by law. Under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996, we do not mislead about refunds.

5. Refund Timeframes

We process approved refunds within 14 calendar days of a valid request, unless a longer period is agreed.

6. How to Request

Email contact@myrgoq.com with your booking number and request. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
