1. General
These Terms govern travel planning and festival trip services by myrgoq.com (PE, EDRPOU 96687085, Kyiv, Ukraine). By booking, you accept these Terms, the Public Offer, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. We comply with Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.
2. Booking and Payment
Orders are placed on the website. Before ordering, we publish full provider details, registration number, location, contacts and contract terms as required by Law No. 675-VIII. Booking is confirmed by email. Prices are in UAH or stated currency and include applicable taxes. Payment methods are listed at checkout.
3. Age Requirements
You must be 18+ to book. Minors need written parental consent and supervision. ID may be requested.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may withdraw from a distance contract under Law No. 3153-IX before the trip starts, unless a travel-specific exception applies. Cancellation terms and refund amounts are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days of a valid request, minus services already provided.
5. Liability
We are not liable for force majeure, third-party actions or losses not caused by our breach. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. Your statutory rights under Law No. 3153-IX remain unaffected.
6. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data from booking or contact forms based on consent and contract performance, as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies that identify users are personal data and require prior informed consent. We comply with Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 4121-IX dated 20.11.2024.
7. Advertising and Organizer Status
Advertising is truthful, identifiable and not misleading about services, prices, availability or organizer status, per Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996. Where group trips constitute tour operator activity, we comply with Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.
