Every query sent through the query form is answered within 48 hours, Kyiv time, Monday to Saturday. No reply means no hold and no charge.

Reply window
48 h from the moment the query lands. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 Kyiv time.
Plan hold
A quoted route is held for 72 h. After that the row returns to the board and the price may move.
Deposit
30% of the quoted figure, shown in UAH and EUR with fees included. Cancelling more than 10 days before departure returns the deposit in full. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
Refund after departure

ID and age
Travellers must be 18 or older and carry a passport or a national ID card valid for at least 3 months past the return date.
Insurance
Medical and trip-cancellation cover is required and is not part of the quoted figure. Send the policy number with your query.
