Route Ledger plans the route from city to festival ground. Every board shows the last real departure, the walking minutes between stages, and cost in UAH and EUR with mandatory fees already inside the figure.

    We check real last departures

    Train, bus and shuttle timetables for your dates, seat counts on each departure, and walking minutes between stages. Options that fail stay on the board with a diagonal strike.

  3. 03

    Your ruled itinerary board arrives inside 48 hours

    Day-by-day rows: time, act or venue, transport mode, cost, status. Confirmed rows carry a lime chip. Everything else is marked pending.

    You review, we re-check, you confirm

    Mark any row you want changed. We verify that leg again and send a corrected board before you commit to anything.

Every line is checked by hand. Failed lines are struck out.

Before a route is sent, each row below is checked against the operator's own schedule on the day we quote. Rows that fail are struck through and rebuilt.

Pricing tiers

Three flat tiers. Every mandatory fee sits inside the figure. Prices are per person and shown in UAH and EUR. The fee covers the route plan: from, to, dates, transport, and a cost split.

Included in every figure: service fee, booking fee, card fee, one re-check of the route. Not included: transport fares, accommodation, meals, insurance. Turnaround is counted from the moment your query is complete.
